BIMA us worst agency I Ever took in my entier Life. Worst hostels, very durty, with no clean sheets no water, no towels... No guide, no one EVER talk to you, exept when they want to ask for more money. The transportations are always late, so that you miss most of the other activities... Well TAKE ANOYHER AGENCY
